At Awadh Bakery, every cake is freshly baked with love and care. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
🎂 Non-Returnable Products:
Since all our cakes and bakery items are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered or picked up.
✅ Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Wrong item delivered (different flavor/design/size)
Damaged product at the time of delivery
Poor product quality (must be reported immediately)
📸 Required for Refund Request:
Please provide the following within 2 hours of delivery:
Order ID
Clear pictures of the product
Description of the issue
⏱️ Timeframe:
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days via the original payment method.
❌ No Refunds for:
Taste preferences
Delay due to incorrect address or no recipient
Late complaints (after 2 hours of delivery)
Custom design mismatches unless majorly incorrect
